Tim and Sandra's first film together and the debut Flash in the Deadpan Production. Sweet!

HIGH AND DRY is funny and a little bit sad. Thus is life. Watch it and rock on!

While doing laundry, Fiona and Floyd discover the dryer has the power to age them dramatically. They struggle to overcome the widening gap between them.

 

This irreverent short comedy touches upon serious themes of aging, separation and loss while presenting brash and eccentric characters.

HIGH AND DRY premiered at the Route 66 International Film Festival in Springfield, Illinois on November 3, 2012. The film also screened at the Great Ongoing Guelph Independent Film Festival (Go-GIFF) on March 15, 2013.

 

Kudos to Sandra for coming up with the perfect title, which is much better than Tim's original working title, "(I Just) Dried in Your Arms Tonight".
